With my easy step-by-step method, you learn how to eat using macros. You will begin to enjoy food, decrease your cravings, and increase your metabolism. You will never be hungry, never be full, and you will have sustainable energy all day long. You will eat delicious food, eat clean, and I promise you will become lean.
- Full Nutrifiit Macro Based-Eat Clean program: after a consultation you will receive a program with a complete outline of your daily/weekly macro-nutrient intake
- You will be able to track your nutritional intake on our fitness tracker or something similar to ensure that you remain accountable and on track towards your goals
- After weekly progress check ins; nutritional updates and assessments will be made as needed
- Support and recipes through our private Andrea Klas Fitness Facebook Group
- Support M-F 7am-7pm through text or email
